Parks & Recreation
An event board is posted at the park.
The Remsen Summer Recreation Program will begin on July 5th from 9 am until Noon. Information will be sent home through the school.
In addition, a calendar of events for the program can be found under the calendars tab and related forms and documents are available below.
Town Park Pavilion is available for use by groups or individuals.You must contact the Town Hall for a Park Use Form (a printable version may be found below) & to reserve your date (if you choose to print and mail in/return a form in person it is best to call ahead to ensure that your date is available). Soccer Field, Baseball Field, Tennis Courts and Playground Equipment are available as well as a Hill for Sliding during the Winter months.
Please call the Town Hall at 831-5558 for Reservations.If you wish to borrow PICNIC TABLES,contact the Town Hall before you take any tables.

Park Use Request Form
Please contact the Remsen Town Hall at (315) 831-5558 prior to submitting a request for park use in order to ensure availability of the date requested.

Summer Rec Authorization Form
An authorization form must be filled out for each child who wishes to participate in the program and returned to the Program Director on the first day of attendance.

A swimming permission slip must be filled out for each child who wishes to participate in the activity and returned to the Program Director prior to attendance.
